Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $12.99
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $50

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve international customers in the future.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Viora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional cost.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Support@vioranaturals.shop. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Viora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and time of delivery. We encourage all customers to track their packages and arrange for secure delivery locations.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Product Care During Shipping
