Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unopened in its original packaging
- The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare, hair care, or personal care products
- Supplements that have been opened
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Email us at Support@vioranaturals.shop with your order number and reason for return
- Or use our Contact Us form and select "Return Request"
- Wait for our team to send you return instructions (within 1–2 business days)
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been fulfilled. To cancel, contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
