Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local customs authority.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day
- During peak periods (holidays, sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of your order, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist
Viora Naturals is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
